Mobius, better known as Anti-Monitor, is the overarching antagonist of the Arrowverse, based on DC Comic series. He's the malevolent god-like cosmic being, due to being an anti-matter opposite of Mobius, and much like his comics counterpart, he seeks the destruction of the multiverse, so he can replace it with his own universe.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- Like his original counterpart, this Anti-Monitor seeks to destroy entire multiverse and rule the only one left, his Netherverse, making him the most heinous antagonist of the whole franchise, as the only character who also tried to destroy the multiverse was Zoom, but he didn't succeed.
- Despite being an anti-matter clone of Mobius, he has clear moral agency: Anti-Monitor is a huge megalomaniacal sadist and not a Generic Doomsday Villain, as he forced Flash from Earth-90 to run a treadmill for his universe-destroying cannon and turning Harisson Nash into Pariah as a "reward" for freeing him, showing he enjoys causing suffering.
- He successfully destroyed an entire multiverse and nearly succeeded in killing off the main protagonists. While the multiverse was able to be recreated, majority of the previous universes didn't got reconverted and presumably got replaced by new ones or identical ones, showing he still has the highest kill count possible.
- He's extremely powerful, being able to project powerful anti-matter energy bursts, change size, possess other living beings and travel through different universes. Even Mobius and some of his clones weren't strong enough to defeat him, not to mention his knowledge space technology and history and his manipulation of Harrison Nash.
