The Ultimate Evil of Bendy.
Bendy is a franchise created by Joey Drew Studios. While the franchise has many heinous villains, none of them are as heinous as its main antagonist the Ink Demon.
Plot[]
There's a company named Joy Drew Studios founded by Joey Drew and Henry Stein that created many cartoons. Joey then decided to bring his cartoon characters to life using the Ink Machine but made them into monsters instead. As a result, Joey decided to lock the monsters in the cycle.

Joey Drew[]
The overarching antagonist of the franchise. He was the avaricious and manipulative founder of Joey Drew Studios which he then used the Ink Machine to bring his cartoon characters to life but then turned them into monsters. He was also a horrible boss before he went evil and abused his employees before turning them into ink monsters, which is a state of eternal suffering and also a fate worse than death. He also stands out as one of the heinous characters as he is responsible for trapping everyone in a time loop of eternal suffering out of spite towards his best friend for leaving him and his actions serve as a corrupting influence towards multiple villains and leads to Twisted Alice's and Bendy's descent into villainy. Even after he redeemed himself, his creation of the Ink Machine with the time loop leads to Wilson Arch enacting his worst Moral Event Horizons.
However, he can't qualify due to being outdone by the Ink Demon in terms of heinousness and power, not to mention he redeemed himself.
Wilson Arch[]
One of the main antagonists of Bendy and the Dark Revival. He is a former employee of Archgate Films who managed to temporarily rule the cycle due to making the Ink Demon temporarily weaker. He is also a much worse person than the likes of any of the person and rivals the Ink Demon in evil, as he started a tyrannical dictatorship inside by having him unleash the Keepers onto the Lost Ones to have them get brutally killed and was willing to destroy the entire cycle so he could recreate it in his own image to become a god, making it essentially omnicide, which is very heinousness in terms of what the Ink Demon had tried to do.
However while he does possess the evil and heinousness, he can't qualify due to being outdone by the Ink Demon in terms of power and influence.
Twisted Alice[]
The secondary antagonist of the franchise. She was the former voice actress for Alice Angel which she was then forcibly turned into her. To remain beautiful, she kills many of Boris' clones and she even turned the real Boris into a monster named Brute Boris causing his death.
However, she can't qualify due to the same reasons above, not to mention she is too sympathetic.
