TUEs that are the main villains of their work or at least an installment in their series if it has no definitive Big Bad (e.g., Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, Cosminus). Some may just be the most recurring villains in the show, making them technically Big Bads (e.g., Katz).

Their opposites are TUG Big Goods.
