The Ultimate Evil villain that poses a threat that is on a galactic scale. This character appears in a story that is confined to a galactic level. These characters pose a threat to countless lives across a galaxy that usually have billions of stars, tens of billions of planets, millions of star systems and solar systems and celestial bodies along with countless lives.

These characters are not on the scale of universal level threat since their scope does not extend to the entire universe. Their scope is only limited to a galaxy or a galactic cluster to which the story takes place in.
