A unique type of TUE who doesn't fight themselves but rather have others do it for them. Great examples are Fritz from Attack on Titan who uses Ymir to carry out his global hegemony and Gil Yepes from The Prodigies who uses his psychic powers to control any living being eithers humans, corpses and animals.
