The Heavy are TUE characters that hold the most influence over the stories of their works. They often have a lot of screen time and appear frequently throughout the story.

Note: Being the Big Bad or Bigger Bad of the story does not make a certain character automatically qualify to be The Heavy, as there could be other characters who hold more influence despite not being the main or overarching antagonist.
