“ | I have turned one hundred-thousand worlds to dust looking for Anti-Life, looking for those who robbed me of my glory. I will stride across their bones and bask in the glow of Anti-Life. And all of existence shall be mine. | ” |

Actions & Characteristics[]
- Is without a doubt the most powerful villain to have ever graced the entire franchise's history. He is the ruler of a vast armada that is capable of overruling the entire multiverse, various technologies that can alter the state of entire planets through the Motherboxes, holographic technology to communicate with regiments stationed far away, and Boom Tubes used to send his armada to places far across the cosmos. This is all while having various powers of his own from his own Omega Beams and being nigh-invulnerable.
- With the Anti-Life Equation on his hands, he is able to turn any person he can break to be extensions of his will.
- In an alternate future, he was able to decimate the Justice League's forces, killing Aquaman, Vulko and Wonder Woman, while also brainwashing the Amazonians and Superman to be his soldiers. By the end, the Earth's defenses had been massively thinned and would've been presumably killed by Superman on his command anyway.
- To show how much of a competent threat he is, Darkseid's armada is so powerful and advanced, countless planets fell before Darkseid's might as he establishes a powerful empire spanning the cosmos, and in the alternate future, Earth itself becomes Darkseid's domain.
- Is the Greater-Scope Villain for Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice as well as Justice League, in which visions of the Earth's dark future under Darkseid's reign influence Batman's actions in the film and even its main villain Lex Luthor's on the former film that leads to the Justice League's formation, while in the latter film, the main villain, Steppenwolf, is Darkseid's very servant who is acting to enforce Darkseid's agenda onto all creation.
- Is the most heinous villain in the entire franchise. Having conquered countless planets across the cosmos and scorching them to be barren, near-lifeless wastelands, while seeking to use the Anti-Life Equation to erase all free will in the entire multiverse and remake all creation itself to be nothing more than an extension of his will.
