The Ultimate Evil of Doom
Doom (stylized as DOOM) is a series of first-person shooter video games developed by id Software. Throughout the course of the series, Doomguy has encountered a plethora of malevolent adversaries, ranging from demonic entities to beings with the ability to annihilate entire universes, as well as formidable deities. However, none have reached the level of heinousness, power, or influence as Davoth. To learn more about him, visit his page here: Davoth.
Plot[]
The series usually focuses on the exploits of an unnamed space marine (often referred to as Doomguy or Doom Slayer) operating under the auspices of the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC), who fights hordes of demons and the undead in order to save Earth from an apocalyptic invasion.
Close Contenders for the Ultimate Evil[]
Dr. Olivia Pierce[]

Dr. Olivia Pierce is one of the most influential villains in the series, being the catalyst for the events of the Doom series. She is responsible for unleashing numerous demons that she herself had created upon the Argent Facility, after striking a deal with the Hell Priest Deag Ranak and performing dark rituals. These rituals resulted in her fellow scientists being transformed into demons and the opening of a portal to Hell through the Argent tower. This allowed the demons to attack not only Mars but also the rest of the galaxy, including Earth. Additionally, she commits one of the most heinous acts of sacrifice humanity to the demons, hoping to be rewarded by becoming a goddess in the eyes of the Lords of Hell. Her actions have caused significant loss of life throughout the series.
Despite being Pure Evil and having immense Influence within the franchise, she falls short in comparison to Davoth when it comes to Power and Heinousness.
Khan Maykr[]

Khan Makyr is the one who directly orchestrated the invasion of Earth by demons and strategically placing the Priests in their authoritative positions, ultimately leading to the downfall of Argent D'Nur through her manipulation of the Order of The Deag, leading them towards becoming the Hell Priests. This treacherous act involved her betrayal of the Night Sentinels and striking a deal with Hell to ensure her own survival, consequently accelerating the intensity of their conquest with full authorization. Furthermore, she is also responsible for the current predicament of the Doom Slayer, as he now tirelessly endeavors to eradicate the demonic menace that has plagued mankind as a consequence of her malevolent actions.
Like Dr. Olivia Pierce, while she is Pure Evil and possesses a considerable amount of Influence, she falls short in comparison to Davoth in terms of both Heinousness and Power.
Spider Mastermind[]

With its cunning intellect, orchestrated a diabolical scheme to initiate a malevolent incursion, meticulously planning and executing the invasions of both Phobos and Deimos. Every moon base assault was ingeniously devised by it, as it manipulated the circumstances to achieve its nefarious goals. Moreover, it is responsible of numerous scientists losing their lives, their demise attributed to its sinister machinations.
However, it falls short of Davoth's Heinous standard because it primarily carries out its crimes under his direct command, making it essentially an extension of his Influence and Power.
Icon of Sin[]

Being responsible for creating all the adversaries within the series is presumed to be the one who initiated their existence. Given that this being is only encountered once throughout the entire game, and the havoc caused by its annihilation extends over immeasurable distances across Hell's terrain, it can be inferred that this entity held an ultimate position of authority and dominion over Hell.
Although it possesses some power, like the other antagonists in the series, he is still far from matching the extreme heinousness and influence of Davoth.
