Dr. James Sheridan, also known as simply Sheridan or the Annoying Neighbour, is the overarching antagonist of the Glitch Productions computer-animated web series Meta Runner.

- He's the one behind Luck's murder, hacking into Masa's arm and making him shoot the boss, leaving a major impact at the end of Season 2.
- His goal is the most heinous to exist in the series, wanting to use the Global Warp technology to warp everyone in the world to his server, just so he could watch them kill each other.
- Easily outheinouses Lucks and Evelyn in terms of resources and influence, due to Lucks being Outright and Evelyn being a right-hand to Sheridan himself. While he had some funny moments and redeeming qualities, Sheridan cast them all away by the end of the series.
- Is the most powerful character in the series, having his own Meta Runner server where he can send people to kill each other in a fate worse then death and being a genius hacker and inventor that can hack into Meta Runner arms to make people kill each other.
