Father Friedstein is the main antagonist of the 2022 horror game Night At the Gates of Hell developed by Puppet Combo. He is a satanic priest that wants to bring the Apocalypse to the world by opening gates to Hell all over the world and using a book he found in order to raise the dead and create an army out of them, eventually succeeding in his plan at the cost of his life.

Actions and Characteristics

• He is undoubtedly the most heinous villain not just in the alternate universe, but also all of Puppet Combo, killing hundreds of people by setting his army of the dead and creatures from Hell onto his home village and opening portals to Hell all over the world in an attempt to kill off every human being on the planet and watch the world be reduced to a hellish wasteland, being the only villain in the series to have a goal on this scale.
• He is the most powerful character in the series, possessing a powerful book that allows him to open portals to Hell and raise the dead in order to create his own undead army. He was also the leader of a cult that had dozens of members before they were all zombified or killed to be used as extra firepower for Friedstein.
• He is the most influential villain in the series, given that his actions have lead to the end of the world with possibly all the other characters from Deadly Night and Bloodwash getting killed by the zombie apocalypse that he started and he is responsible for everything that happens in the game, directly or indirectly.
• He is shown to be quite intelligent, being able to successfully figure out where he needs to go in order to open the gates to Hell and manipulate a bunch of people into joining his cause in order to further his own goals.
