Katz is the main antagonist of Courage the Cowardly Dog: The Old Stories of Brunette as well as the overarching antagonist of Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls: Remake, during the former series, he serves as the main antagonist of Seasons 1 and 2, in Sonic and the Powerpuff Girls: Remake, he serves as the overarching antagonist of Season 1 and the posthumous overarching antagonist of Season 2.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- Is the most heinous due to his attempted omnicide on all of time and space as well as his several attempts in destroying the universe, he also has the same crimes as his original canon version whom kills numerous people with spiders and attempts to sink hundreds in a submarine making him more heinous.
- Is one of the most powerful characters due to his numerous devices and weaponry which can all destroy the universe or even all of time and space. Other characters, in comparison aren't as powerful as he is, though his only competition is Le Quack and Bizarre, which even then, they have the same or similar powers to him.
- Is one of the most influential characters as he causes all of the series' events to happen, as he and Le Quack were responsible for all of the monsters appearing in the series, as well as manipulating several characters such as Sarah, Babe, and Burst, to the point where they end up as villains and therefore, even affecting their moral-agency making both Katz and Le Quack more influential. He also is responsible for the Season 1 events of SatPPG afterwards, as he is indirectly responsible for Brunette's heroism and to the point, where Brunette ended up vengeful and wrathful because of Katz, this also makes him responsible for the others' misery as they missed Brunette, if it weren't for Katz since Brunette was sent to another dimension for the entirety of Season 1. Other than that, he is also responsible for why the events of Courage the Cowardly Dog started since he is responsible for Courage's cowardice and heroism as well as Cruel Veterinarian's cruelty as he is the one planning to make dogs go to space as well as getting Courage's parents sent to space.
- Is highly intelligent as he is able to manipulate several characters of the series, to the point where they even end up as villains, as well as building high tech which such tech are extremely powerful with the Doomsday Ray, for example can destroy all of time and space.
