King Boo is the main antagonist of the Luigi's Mansion series.
He made his debut in the first Luigi's Mansion game as the arch-nemesis of Luigi. As his name suggests, he is the king of the entire Boo race. However, despite his status, not all of the Boos work for him, as some follow Bowser.
He was voiced by Toru Asakawa.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- He is the most powerful character in his series, with him being a ruler of a dimension along with other ghostly powers. He created a giant portrait which would engulf the entire Last Resort and presumably the rest of the world just to entrap Luigi.
- He's the most influential villain in his series, being one to set off the main conflict in all three of the games as well as serving as the Big Bad for Luigi to defeat.
- He is one of the most heinous characters this series has, since he had tried to use a painting to trap the Last Resort (possibly even the world) just to trap Luigi in that painting. He even trapped Mario in a painting many times. He shattered the Dark Moon which caused every ghost in Evershade Valley to turn evil. He unleashed an army of ghosts, which could’ve destroyed the universe.
