Uzuko, commonly known as Nagi, is the main antagonist of the Akiba Maid War franchise.
Nagi is a café maid and the leader of the holding company, Creatureland Group, who is notably infamous for her cutthroat, violent nature. She was the former friend of her associate Ranko Mannen, as well as the ward of Michiyo.
She serves as the main arch-nemesis of Nagomi Wahira and the Oinky Doink staff, as she deems them as a threat to the Creatureland and Lady Omoe's ideals, orchestrating many plans to destroy them altogether.
She is voiced by Junko Minagawa in Japanese.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- She is the most influential villain, as she is responsible for the eponymous 1999 Akiba Maid Wars in which violence across café maids in Akihabara are common, all to follow Lady Omoe's ideals of "moe and violence" in a rather twisted way. It is also to the point that she would place death threats on other maids and their cafés if they stray away from ideals that she had placed.
- She is the most intelligent villain of the anime, as she is able to order Suehiro to murder her former mentor Michiyo, simply because of her conflicting ideals regarding maid cafés to Michiyo and had twisted Lady Omoe's "moe and violence" ideals to manipulate the entire maid hierarchy within Creatureland. In many occasions she tried to put the Oinky Doink and their staff below the Creatureland hierarchy through acts of rigging, claiming them as a threat.
- She is the leader of Creatureland Group, making her the most resourceful one, as she has complete control of the maid cafés across Akihabara and had an army of maids around her. Her intimidating, malicious aura as the Creatureland's leader was enough to push her rival company, Maidalien Group, into complete dissolution and destruction, giving her the opportunity to merge it within Creatureland.
- Nagi is considered to be the most heinous character of the series, being responsible for the deaths of countless maids around Akihabara via her twisted "moe and violence" ideology, as well as her being a murderous psychopath who killed many other people she worked with, including the Ramen Shop Keeper, the Debt Collector, the Cow and Bear Executives and the Lion Ace Maid. She took it a step further when she proceeded to shoot Nagomi Wahira three times during the latter's performance inside Oinky Doink, leading to Nagomi herself being wheelchair bound in the future.
- Despite having sympathetic qualities that keep her from being NPE or PE, Nagi's heinousness still outbalances those traits that make her stand out as a TUE to her story at large, as she is treated as a serious antagonist.
