The Ink Demon is the titular main antagonist of the Bendy franchise, appearing as such in Bendy and the Ink Machine, Boris and the Dark Survival and the novels, as well as one of the two main antagonists (alongside Wilson) of Bendy and the Dark Revival.
It was the first creation of the Ink Machine and a failed attempt at recreating the cartoon demon Bendy, the most famous character created by Joey Drew and his partner Henry Stein. However, due to lacking a soul, Ink Bendy manifested as a deformed monster who was hidden away by Joey in the eternal cycle of the Ink Machine, which he would come to rule over with an iron fist.
He was voiced by Sean Crisden in BATDR, who voiced Ucumu in The Casagrandes Movie.

- He is by far the most heinous and influential antagonist in the whole Bendy series being responsible for many significant events such as:
- Taking control over all of Joey Drew Studios and killing many ink creatures before.
- Being indirectly responsible for Brant's transformation into an ink creature.
- The death of the Lost Ones by eating them directly onscreen.
- While it's true Joey Drew is also influential like him, he redeems himself and has less power The Ink Demon himself.
- The Ink Demon is the most powerful character in the whole series since he is able to run extremely fast, take control over Joey Drew Studios, turn others into ink creatures and kill the Projectionist with ease.
- The Ink Demon is an example of a master manipulator since he was able to manipulate dozens of ink creatures, including Sammy Lawrence, into worshipping him by lying to them that he'd free them from the studio.
