Turbo Mecha Sonic (originally known as Metal Sonic), better known as just simply Mecha Sonic is the main antagonist of the popular 2006-2009 flash animation series, Super Mario Bros. Z, originally created by Mark Haynes/Alvin Earthworm.
Originally created by Dr. Eggman, he was originally made to destroy Sonic, as it was his sole purpose. However, after betraying him, he began to search for the Chaos Emeralds on his own, killing multiple people in the past just to do so, wanting to become a god. He is also the arch-nemesis of Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog.
His voice clips were mainly provided by Andrew Chandler.
Actions and Characteristics[]
- He is the most evil character of the series, committing a genocide within Mobius and Yoshi Island, and planning to do even more by collecting all the seven Chaos Emeralds, reaching his final form named Metallix and become a god of the whole universe. The other two villains that could be compared to him, Bowser and Dr. Eggman, are evil in a lesser extent (such as hegemony) and/or fails the evil standards respectively.
- Besides being the most evil, he is also the most powerful character of the series, merging itself with the other robots of his former master Dr. Eggman and rebelling against him, destroying his base Death Egg. He, single-handedly, can defeat powerful teams such as Team Mario, Koopa Bros. and Axem Rangers X, even though they handle Chaos Emeralds. Mecha Sonic also empowers himself by collecting Chaos Emeralds, reaching Semi-Super form with four emeralds and the Metallix form with the seven emeralds.
- He has the biggest kill count of the series with thousands and even more attempts, destroying Mobius, Yoshi Island, and killing some individuals such as a Goomba, Koopa Bros. and Axem Rangers.
- To highlight how evil and dangerous he is, he caused the other villain Dr. Eggman team with another villain Bowser, who both are the close contenders for TUE title of the series.
