Unicorn Wars

Unicorn Wars is a 2022 splatter war film directed by Alberto Vázquez. Given its heavy and controversial subject matter, the film is no stranger to vile villains. The Simians[]

An enigmatic race of monkey-like creatures, they are seemingly the progenitors of the original bible that the bears have obtained, thus becoming the teddy bears of present day. By the end of the film, it is also revealed that their ultimate goal was to become the ultimate leaders of the forest by killing BOTH the unicorns and teddy bears, something that is done as a result of Bluey's war with the Unicorns, thus enabling them to revive their idol. The film also implies that they may have also been responsible for the disappearance for the Lone Owl squad, who Otto sends Ironstroke out to find.

Where the Simians fail, however, is the ambiguous nature surrounding them, with much of the scope of their crimes being left in the dark, and/or up to speculation.
